Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Top Market Place Hub ("TMPH", "we", "us", "our"), including our website, wallet system, and all services offered through it. By creating an account or using TMPH, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. What TMPH offers

TMPH is a digital services marketplace offering three services:

Boosting — social media engagement (followers, likes, views, comments) across supported platforms, fulfilled through our engagement provider(s).
Numbers — single-use virtual phone numbers for account verification, across supported countries and platforms, fulfilled through our number provider(s).
Logs — resale of legitimately sourced, admin-reviewed social media accounts, listed and fulfilled manually by our team.

Any other feature shown as "Coming soon" is not yet available and cannot be purchased.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
You must provide accurate information at signup and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
One account per person. Accounts created to abuse promotions, referrals, or pricing may be suspended.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use TMPH to:

Engage in fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity;
Use virtual numbers or purchased accounts for spam, harassment, impersonation, or to bypass a third-party platform's verification for fraudulent purposes;
Attempt chargebacks or payment reversals for services already delivered;
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute TMPH's services in a way that violates the underlying social media platform's own terms of service;
Interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to TMPH's systems.

We explicitly do not knowingly offer OTP-bypass numbers, fake/bot engagement, or stolen or hacked accounts. Any listing found to violate this will be removed, and the associated account may be suspended.

4. Third-party platform risk

Boosting and Numbers rely on the social media platforms you're engaging with (Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, and others) and on third-party fulfilment providers we work with. We do not control, and cannot guarantee, how those platforms treat engagement, verification attempts, or accounts. You are responsible for ensuring your use of our services complies with the terms of any third-party platform you use them on, and TMPH is not liable for suspensions, bans, or restrictions a third-party platform applies to your own account as a result.

5. Wallet and payments

TMPH uses a prepaid wallet system. You fund your wallet via PaymentPoint (a dedicated bank transfer account) or an admin-approved manual bank transfer, and pay for services from your wallet balance.
Wallet balances have no cash value outside TMPH, are non-transferable between accounts, and are not withdrawable to a bank account except where required by law or expressly approved by us.
Prices are shown at the time of order and may change without prior notice for future orders.
We reserve the right to reverse or freeze wallet balances obtained through fraud, chargebacks, exploits, or violation of these Terms.

6. Order fulfilment

Boosting and Numbers orders are typically fulfilled automatically through our providers; Logs are fulfilled manually by our team. Delivery times are best-effort and depend on third-party providers we do not fully control. See our Refund Policy for what happens if an order fails to deliver.

7. Referral program

Registered users may share a personal referral link. A referral reward is credited only once a referred user makes a qualifying wallet deposit, at the amount and threshold shown on the Invite & Earn page at the time. We may withhold or reverse referral rewards obtained through fake accounts, self-referral, or other abuse of the program.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, or misused the platform. You may stop using TMPH at any time; amounts already spent on delivered services are non-refundable as described in our Refund Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

TMPH is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of access to a third-party social media account, loss of followers or engagement over time, or actions taken by a third-party platform against your account.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of TMPH after an update means you accept the revised Terms. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
